Our small plates and non-sushi dishes range in influence of style and flavors from Japanese to Burmese to Chinese. While some of our dishes are based off more traditional Japanese plates, we strive to create new concepts and flavor combinations that "melt in your mind." This is an idea that the food not only tastes wonderful, but feels good to eat.
