Since 2007 Austin Amateur Golf has supported a number of local amateur events in order to provide amateurs with a place to get tee times, tournament results and rankings. AAG is a non-profit organization. In 2009, in conjunction with Golf San Antonio the Rudy’s I-35 Cup was created for each cities top amateurs to compete in a Ryder Cup style format as well as raise funds for charities in Austin (Habitat for Humanity) and in San Antonio (The First Tee of San Antonio).
This will be the first year that we have offered a membership or way to donate to the efforts we are making in continuing to improve the Austin Amateur Golf website and the work we put in to supporting the local tournaments. In 2011 we will roll out an updated website with new features. If you would like to make a donation of more than $25 to support Austin Amateur Golf you can use the Donate Button and chose the amount you would like to give. You will recieve the membership card as well with a donation
The membership will be $25 for the 2011 season and include the following:

10% discount (excluding Ping and other manufactures and certain products) at Edwin Watts in Round Rock (In Store purchase only - must present member card)
10% discount (excluding Ping and other manufactures and certain products) at Brit Golf in Lakeway (In Store purchase only - must present member card)
10% discount (excluding Ping and other manufactures and certain products) at The Golf Club on Ben White (In Store purchase only - must present member card)

Courses
Horseshoe Bay - 2 practice rounds within two weeks prior (except for May 13th) to the Horseshoe Bay Invitational on May 14 & 15th for $35 (weekday or weekend) and a 20% discount off merchandise in the Pro Shop. You must be signed up to play in the tournament and be able to present your member card. Non-member practice rounds will cost $60
Great Hills CC - 2 practice rounds within two weeks prior to the Chester Cup on June 25 & 26th for a rate of $30 weekday and $45 weekend (a 50% discount). You can also receive Member pricing on apparel and equipment in the Pro Shop. You must be signed up to play in the tournament and be able to present your member card.
Teravista - Players can play 2 practice rounds within two weeks prior to the tournament on Sept 17& 18th for a rate of $47 (a 20% discount). You must be signed up to play in the tournament and be able to present your member card.
Crystal Falls- Players will be receive 2 discounted practice rounds prior to the Hill Country Amateur and can also bring up to 3 friends to play at a discounted rate as well. Check with the Crystal Falls Pro Shop for rates. You must present your member card to receive the discount
Morris Williams - Players can play practice rounds the week prior to the Morris Willaims Mid-Am Spring Championship, Men's City, or the Ladies Partnership $16.50 walking / $23.50 Riding Anytime Monday thru Friday
Lions - Players can play practice rounds the week prior to the Lions Spring Partnership, the Firecracker Open, the Men's City and Women's City $16.50 walking Anytime Monday thru Friday
Jimmy Clay - Players can play practice rounds the week prior to the the Men's City $16.50 walking / $23.50 riding Anytime Monday thru Friday
Roy Kizer - Players can play practice rounds the week prior to the the Men's City $16.50 walking / $23.50 riding Anytime Monday thru Friday
