My name is Lena and I am a Spiritual Counselor, Energy Healer & Shamanic Practitioner.

My work with individuals brings deep emotional healing for those who are ready to encounter moments of trauma, and bring the light of their consciousness to areas of sadness, confusion, anger, guilt and shame. These portals into your life history can allow you to revisit choices you made as a child, which no longer serve you. As you discover new choices and ways of being, this frees up your life force energy for creativity, wellness, and your heart’s work.
 My current passions include:  • Tracking body sensation as a portal for your emotional,
physical & spiritual evolution • Facilitating prayer, invocation & creative expression to manifest the essence of your heart’s desires • Utilizing guided meditation & Shamanic Journeying to tap into your spiritual resources for guidance & healing
• Sharing Sound Healing: vocal toning, chanting & drumming to help you heal emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual pain • Assisting you in decoding both your dream & waking life symbology in order to gain clarity about current challenges • Offering Hands-on Energy Healing for physical/ emotional/ spiritual challenges • Hosting dialogues with your subpersonalities/inner archetypes for deep emotional integration & revelation of your truth • Assisting you in finding the best way to bring your greatest expression & gifts forward in this lifetime
