In Memory of Matt Schwenke
Beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Coach, Friend and Co-worker
NEW UPDATED INFORMATION, PLEASE READ:
Family and friends,
I want to sincerely thank all of you for your support through the
hardest time of our lives. I have been advised that I need to
immediately notify everyone who has donated through Pay Pal or have
written a check that the donations are gifts, and because of that are
not tax deductible. I will not be able to set up a charitable
organization through the IRS titled, "Matt Schwenke Memorial Fund" with
a taxpayer ID #, because I am not a non-profit entity. This does not
mean that I cannot accept gifts for those who wish to help me and my
boys. Right now any money donated will go to two basic needs; providing
funds for my son's education and for us to meet basic living expenses.
The money that has been donated by check has been deposited into a
Memorial Savings Account. In addition, 529 accounts are being
established for the boy's education.
Unfortunately, due to some incorrect information that was provided on
the website, the money that has been donated to Pay Pal has been frozen
and I am in the process of correcting the issue. Once I fix this, I will
be able to deposit the money into the same account as the checks. I
completely understand if you are not in a position to make a gift if you
assumed that your gift would be tax deductible. If you would like your
money back I will reimburse you as soon as possible. Please contact me
at the following e-mail address if you have any questions or concerns.
To donate, please make checks payable to Barbara Schwenke and send to
this PO Box:
Barbara Schwenke
27758 Santa Margarita Pkwy #156
Mission Viejo, Ca 92691

Take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime event to honor our friend Matt
Schwenke. You will learn baseball skills from some of the most
experienced College Coaches, High School Coaches, College Players, and
Big League Players. This will be a great warm up for the upcoming league
tryouts.
For the parents, this is a great opportunity to drop the kids off and go
Christmas shopping, and is the perfect event for the first day of the
holiday break.
Here are some of the instructors that will be on hand, just to name a
few:
Gary Adams --------UCLA Head Coach 30 years

setup at the event. Swing Away has offered to stay late and let anyone
who wants to take 10 swings for $2 to help raise money for the Schwenke
family.
Please register ASAP so that you are guaranteed a t-shirt! The first 75
to register will receive a Special Commemorative T-Shirt.
To register, please email Sheri Juarez at
sheriamerica@cox.net<mailto:sheriamerica@cox.net>. When registering
please provide the first and last name of the player(s), age, and
t-shirt size. Make sure you bring cash or a check payable to RSMLL for

being established for his two Sons, Drake and Logan.
Thank You!
