Through the Eyes of Our Children—Something Beautiful showcases the work of students from several elementary schools in the South Dallas/Fair Park area of the Dallas Independent School District. Inspired to embark on personal journeys of discovery, students use photography and mixed media to capture snapshots of humanity and convey their perceptions about self, community, and social responsibility. <click here to learn more>

Preservation LINK is celebrating its 4th consecutive summer in partnership with El Centro College. For eight weeks during the summer of 2010, Preservation LINK has been conducting a series of youth centered media arts workshops for both middle and high school aged students. This summer has been all about collaborative learning. We have worked with many supporters and  partners to help us shape a meaningful and engaging summer that supported students as they became better learners, citizens, and media makers. Special Thanks to Mary Woods (Director of El Centro’s Mac Lab) and team, Dr. Bette Plog (Advisor),

A summer well spent
