Maxis Modified: Pedestal Sinks w/o Brush & Soap

What is different about these sinks? No messy soap and toothbrush laying about.. Every time I recolored these I wanted to get rid of the soap & brush, but they were part of the mesh not textural add-ons. So... they stayed. A couple of nights ago I saw Miss Mokie’s post and I took a look the mesh and realized that removing them wasn’t going to be that hard... so... I did. These are the results. I hope you find them useful.
Sinks are base game compatible and cost 22 simoleans.
Mesh plus recolors are in zip.

Deco Pub Tables - Maxis Match

I have something a little different for you today. A set of 2 deco pub tables( plus recolors ). These were inspired by Treowe8’s quest for pub tables at N99. As you can see, I raised the height of 2 maxis tables to counter level. I then played around putting them on different bases, before deciding making them deco only and cloning echo’s 1 tile rug. They are meant for use in coffee shop/bar settings. If you place chairs around them sims will sit and sip. They of course, can not eat at them.
Set includes 2 new mesh objects and recolors

I am also working on an invisible counter island top to be used with them so one sim can dine at them. The invisible counter has a few “quirks” and I would like some feedback before I release it. It would be helpful to have a few testers. If anyone out there is willing to test for me please email mail me for details. (I will disable link once I have 5 volunteers).

Misc.Maxis Recolors

These are the same recolors as in the rar file found in yesterday entry. If you have already downloaded the big rar file, there is NO need to download these. I had a request that I split up the zips by ep. and post more pictures. Hopefully this will makes it all a bit clearer and a bit easier for those with dial up connections to download.

EA/Maxis Furnished Apt. Building

Hi all,
This is the first time that I have offered a building for download and I rarely download them--- well, that is not exactly true, I download but I rarely get around to installing them. So, I hope it works for everyone. I am offering 2 versions: one fully furnished and one unfurnished. Both are zoned residential. I thought I make it a bit easier for people to make any changes before zoning lot apartmentbase. The only bit of custom content in the sims2pack is a tile wall that I made. All recolors shown in the pics are by me and are found in a separate zip. The recolors should be placed in your downloads before installing the lot.

Hi all,
I have always thought that Nightlife’s Mrs. Crumplebottom’s suit could made into a rather stylish addition to my elder sims’ closets. I hunted around for an unlocked version and could not find one... so... I finally made one myself. Thanks to this tutorial by Morague at MTS2 -http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=38392
In addition to Mrs. C’s demure camel ensemble you find 10 assorted color options. I hope you enjoy. Oh, They also work for Adults and Young Adults.

Apt.Life-Maxis Door Recolors X13

13 more color options for the apartment life “unique separator” door. The screen cap only shows 12 - one blue is missing. Why so many blues? I made them for an apartment complex bordering the Aegean Sea. Hope you find some use for them.

Retro-Bath Tile Walls X 21

Helloooo....
Sorry that it has been such a long time between updates. Today’s update is a set of tile walls. 7 each of light sage green, baby blue, and turquoise. Walls are sized to work in both the pc and mac versions of the game. Enjoy!
Oh, and as you have probably noticed I been playing around with the blog’s visual theme. There might be a few miss placed zips, if you find any - anywhere please post in this thread. I’m not sure that the email widget has been working properly/consistently :( If you have tried to contact me over the last several months using the email button and haven’t answered you with a couple of days - I didn’t receive your email... I’m not totally sure why,it probably has something to do with mac url no longer being fully supported. I think I’ve figured it out and fixed it, but I’m still having friends help me double check that it is working correctly.. In any case, I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Retro Bath Floors

Very quick update today, some floors to complement the retro pinks wall set released yesterday. (Object recolors will be coming soon.)

NOTE: If you wish to leave a comment and get an error message, try changing the “ mac.com “ to “me.com” in the url. It should work then.... actually, it SHOULD work with either but it doesn’t :( Guess who will be having another chat with a mobile me rep today? :(

Yes, pic says 12 but I found one more which I missed when doing screencaps. It is a glossy black 5 paneled version. Hopefully these will add a bit of variation to your apartment buildings

Retro Pinks - Tile Wall Set

These sets was inspired by a WCIF post at N99 by PoisonedWish. I hope they are what she/he was looking for.

Each set is based on either a rosy or muted/peachy pink. There are 19 variations in each set (not all pictured) plus 6 neutral toned walls with black tile trim.

How rosy or peachy each looks in your game will depend in part on the season you are playing.
