Phoenix x 4 - Holysimoly Recolors

This is part 2 of my recolors of HolySimoly’s recent living room set, Phoenix. Today’s group includes a dark brown tweed frame with deep red pillows, a bright orange frame with embroidered pillows, a hot peony frame with floral pillows, and a dark navy frame with horizontal stripes. I hope you find one to suit your tastes.

Summer Fades - HolySimoly Bijoux Recolor

Yesterday’s update was for HolySimoly’s brand-spanking new Phoenix set. Today’s is for one of their older sets. Jos, a friend suggested doing a set of sun faded wicker and fabric. This is one of my attempts at doing so. (The others need a bit of tweaking before I release them).

HolySimoly updated today! Yay! Their new set is sort of a rethinking of their sims 2 classic Arizona Set. They dubbed it the Phoenix set. It uses the repository method - YAY AGAIN !! Meaning recoloring the 3 seat sofa file also recolors the chair and loveseat. So I quickly whipped up multiple recolors in no time. These are the 7 from the first batch that are ready to go.

The color range for taupe to a deep pink. I hope you enjoy.

Bath Things - Sims In Paris

I thought about calling this set everything but the plumbing, but there is a sink. Other than that, these pieces from Sims in Paris’ Bathroom 4, would go just about anywhere.

Included is a deep pink color option for the chair, a worn white wood with different hardware for the side table and sink, a bronze option for the mirror, and an option deep rose (again) for the chandelier.

Cannelle x 29 - Mango Sims

Yeah, there was supposed to be 30, but one got lost along the way. I really love the proportions of this chair. I think will work with a wide variety of styles. So... I used a wide variety of patterns in making this set. Granted, it looks a bit loud when they are all together, but I think on their own they will do fine. I’m planning on doing another set of more subtle textures in the near future.

Palluco Blue - Reflexsims

Staying modern today with this blue and light teak kitchen. The meshes are an earlier work by Teko (aka Murano) and are found at Reflexsims. Table and chair recolors are from yesterday’s mango sims set.

Mango Sims’ Cannelle Set

MangoSims just released a great dining/living set. YAY!!! Of course, I had to recolor it :D These are the results.

The surfaces have been redone in a light teak.
The dining chairs have teak legs and 6 new fabric options. The living room seating all have 4 new color options (shown on the ottomans in the pic). There is a new leaf option for the plant, a couple of different color options for the place setting, new reading material and a teak color option for the bookcase, and an option for the leaning painting. Whew... I think is everything. I hope you enjoy.

NOTE: The living room seating uses the repository method. The recliner mesh called “ mango-cannelle-fauteuil-relaxant-mesh “ is the master mesh of the seating - if you delete it you will loose all your color options.

Retro Red ‘n’ Green Kitchen - RGiles & Maxis

Today’s update is a small country kitchen done in sort of a 1930’s era red & green.

The table is from the base game. The chair is from Seasons. The counters and cabinets are from RGiles Scarborough Kitchen at MTS2. The Scarborough kitchen uses the repository technique. Which means you will only find a recolor of the “sage” counter in the zip. That one little file recolors the whole set. Yay!

Around The Sims 2 Drama Bath Armchair x 11

Today’s update is 11 new color options for Sandy’s pretty little armchair from her Drama Bath Set at Around the Sims 2. Again I’m leaning heavily on my provencal print collection.

Note: I recolored the pets version of the chair, but the recolors work with the non-pets version too. (I double checked in my nightlife game.)

Maxis Cafe Curtain X 15

Today’s update is 15 new color options for the base game cafe curtain. I increased the size of the texture map on these to get more detail. The fabric patterns are a mix again, mostly leaning toward shabby chic/country look. I hope you enjoy.

Note: In the above pic I used the cheat, boolprop snapobjectstogrid false, to place the curtains a bit in front of the windows so the sill doesn’t cut them off.

Maxis Freetime Office Chair x 7

I de-splattered the desk/office chair that came with Freetime and then added a couple coats of paint & new cushions to brighten things up. ;)

You definitely need the newest version of the CEP to use these recolors. If you haven’t picked it up yet, get it in this thread at MTS2 - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=92541 .

Note: I haven’t done the desk yet, but I will at some point.

Another quick update this morning. Some indoor/outdoor wicker seating for your sims. The mesh is by holysimoly. You’ll find a matching glass topped wicker table and many more color options for the wicker there. I’m just adding a few color options for the cushions here.
