On friday, June 12th, Sean and Austin left school to volunteer at the Children’s Learning Center for UCPN’s “Hearts Camporee”. They helped special needs girl and boy scouts have an afternoon of fun. Sean and Austin manned a “Laser Target” booth. It was one of the more popular booths. Watching our two scouts helping these kids reminded me of lyrics from the Beatles:

Oh I get by with a little help from my friends,

I get high with a little help from my friends,

Oh I'm gonna try with a little help from my friends.

I couldn’t be prouder of these two boys!
