Our Brewer is leaving to pursue a new venture - Cheshire Valley Brewing. Perhaps you have heard the buzz - at the recent Toronto Cask Festival, the Volo IPA challenge, and most recently, at the Victory Summer Cask Festival. Paul’s Casks have been a hit. Paul has been developing a number of products that he hopes to launch later this fall or early 2010. Watch for them!
