Pepperwood Cask -

Available Wednesday, April 15th.

This month’s Cask will be a dry stout.  We will try using a cask breather to ensure freshness. 

Thanks to everyone who sent suggestions.  We are reviewing them now and will try to incorporate as many as we can over the next few months. 

Speaking of the next few months, in May the monthly cask and monthly feature will be released at the same time.  The monthly feature will be an English IPA and the cask will be an American IPA.  Taste the difference - different yeasts, different malts, different hops.
