uk members please remember the tourney calendar is usually 5 hours earlier than uk time, ie: 1:00 pm est = 6:00 pm uk time
welcome to the pub
we are not one of the huge competitive leagues who want stats and pips and dozens of impersonal tourneys. we would rather have 2 tourneys that are fun in the lobby than 20 of them with no chatting. meet us and have a laugh, or take a look at some of the links on the customized portion of the leaga page. we have photos of some members, to add yours email it to us for inclusion. we have some fun games, we have photo galleries of pubs, pub signs and coffeeshops. the complaints and whiners links are worth a look as are the beverage machine and the toilets. mo has a link to her jazzy jewellery and there is a list of members league names and their real names. if you need to be included there email your info to us and we'll correct it.
we only run one tourney at a time.
not only because we are here to relax and have a drink and a chat with friends but also because our current active player base isn't large enough to support multiple tourneys running at the same time. if and when the player base expands we can revisit this issue.(there are times this rule should be ignored.)
TDS should wait for the previous tourney to finish before starting the next.
TDS please wait for all members in the lobby to be able to register for your tourney before you close registration, always ask in the lobby and look for a response before you begin your tourney. in the pub we believe the more the merrier in a tournament.
TDS are responsible for reporting all tourney matches to the tourney page.
TDS will announce tourney rounds in the lobby. first name makes table, chooses seat, makes table protected, invites opponant.patti v jack means patti would invite jack game winner reports in lobby ie patti<<<< def jack in gg ty
TDS are responsible for reporting all tourney matches to the tourney page. loser does not report losses on tourney page.
PLAYERS since registering here is dead easy please do so in plenty of time. refresh your calendar or main page window to see any tourneys that have just been created. if you are not in a tourney that you want to play and the td asks please respond in the lobby that you would like to register so the td waits.
