On a personal note, I want to thank everyone that has said such kind, supportive words of support as I am witnessing my mother face the last days, weeks or months of her life. We are all doing pretty good. My mother, Pamela (pictured above on a head-shaving bonding moment together) is currently at home on Pender Island, enjoying the comforts of home for a while, watching her lush garden grow and stroking her adored cat ‘flower’ while being treated like a princess from her loving husband Wayne.

I am personally doing quite well through all of this. We have had moments of distress but on the whole I feel very strong while witnessing this process. I can truly say that I may not feel the same had I not been ‘practicing’ -Living in the moment, facing my fears - head on, being true to myself,  accepting and surrendering to whatever our paths may be -  has made this process a great deal easier. Meditate, Meditate, Meditate ... Live in The Moment, Enjoy EVERY moment, each wonderful moment.
