I stood in between the reflecting pool and Lincoln. I listened on loud speakers and watched an out sync jumbo tron TV, as Obama became president. At that moment I felt part of it. <br/><br/>Last night I played the HRC ball with Cyndi. The show was amazing. The crowd was great and Cyndi was .. brilliant. Rufus Wainwright and Thelma Houston came out and sang on “Girl’s Just Want to Have Fun” . The show with Cyndi on Saturday night was a blast. Shows with Cyndi are always spontaneous even when we’re playing to a track - which makes them great.<br/><br/>Cyndi’s “Bring Ya To The Brink” cd got nominated for a Grammy in the Best Electronic Dance Record category. We’re all psyched about the nomination.<br/><br/>“Death Of The Paperboy” was <a href="http://new.music.yahoo.com/blogs/rs_sotd/1030/song-of-the-day-morelthe-death-of-the-paperboy/">RollingStone.com’s </a>song of the day last week.
