In a testament to our mutual commitment, the General Partners invest their personal funds along with our limited partners. Members of our management teams are expected to make significant personal investments in their company and are rewarded with additional equity in the business for the value they create. Additionally, individuals who source deals or act as advisors have the option to be compensated in the acquired company’s stock.
