Goal 1

Help students discover their gifts.

Strategy: Encourage students to attempt new things. Help them find their gifts and create opportunities for them to try new talents in ministry settings.

Goal 2

Help students develop their gifts and begin using Fine Arts to develop discipline.

Strategy: Encourage the students to hone skills in two or three Fine Arts categories in which they show a combination of both interest and ability. Implement disciplined rehearsals until the event.

Goal 3

Help students deploy their gifts.

Strategy: Connect students and their gifts with weekly ministry opportunities in      the church or youth group. Encourage them to take the gifts in which they excel and use them in their school and community as outreach.
