This website is dedicated to people who can not stand another mediocre meal at another chain restaurant. I mean really, after spending 90 minutes waiting to get in the door at Texas Roadhouse or On the Border, isn’t it extremely disheartening and annoying when your meal arrives at your table looking sad and tasting worse. Then the check comes and you literally slap yourself because you just spend $70 on food that tasted like it fell out of the back of a garbage truck. This is how my “approved list” was born. Any restaurant that made me feel this way, was deemed unacceptable and X’ed from the list.

Now I am not a chef and I do not claim to be a knowledgeable “foodie” but I do have strong opinions of what is a decent meal and what is a meal that is complete crap on a plate. When everything at a particular restaurant has the same “aftertaste” and all the chicken dishes are made from the same box of frozen chicken, it is time to find somewhere else.
