David’s passion is helping people communicate with themselves and others as authentically as possible.  He loves communications technology and the possibilities it opens up for us all and is fascinated by interpersonal communications and its effect on team and company performance. He also gets tremendous satisfaction from helping people and teams achieve their goals and be the best they can be.
Combining 25 years experience in telecommunications with over 15 years acquiring skills in leadership, people development and personal communications (partly concurrently!), David’s work is at the interface between the two:
helping people really understand themselves and each other,
and be able to fully communicate with each other using technology.
David is a fluent German speaker and has much experience of European, American and Asian cultures and working practices. He is a High Performance Coach, MBTI accredited and a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP.
In his spare time David’s interests extend to the outdoors, nature and animals (including learning from and communicating with them).

Nicole Pukala

Nicole studied International Marketing Management and Psychology in the UK, finding that the two disciplines complement each other.

She has been working in International Marketing for the past 5 years and has always felt that the right tools can have quite a powerful impact.

She decided to make a change in her career working as an authentic consultant, in 2009. Her definition of authentic is: being true, being thoughtful, being empathetic and taking the consequences of one’s actions into consideration. She is glad to be a part of a movement, which is concentrating on the positive aspects of business and the positive impact it can have on people’s lives.

Dawn works with nutrition and coaching to empower people to lead happier and healthier lives.

She helps individuals to reach their full potential in body, mind and spirit. Her methods tap into life purpose and core motivations to uncover the desire for wellness and meaning that resides inside us all. Her particular strengths lie in helping people to find their purpose in life; inspiring people to look after their bodies and helping people to find a way back from critical illness. Just as there is no typical client, there is no typical method. She works with people to find out what they need and constructs a plan with them to get there.

Dawn has spent much of her life searching for personal meaning and purpose; dipping into various careers along the way. She has run her own businesses, consulted for blue-chip organisations, lectured in higher education, worked as a researcher; she has a degree in management sciences and a diploma in nutrition; among other things she has studied complementary medicine and psychology, becoming a registered nutritional therapist along the way. She is particularly interested in Richard Layard’s work on happiness. Her authentic journey started in 2004 when she first linked up with Neil Crofts through ‘Authentic, How to Make a Living by Being Yourself’. The ideas in these and subsequent books have become a North star.

Dawn has always been a listening ear: for family, friends and now clients. She has an undeniable desire to help people find solutions to life’s challenges and has faced many herself. A breast cancer survivor, Dawn’s sensitive and creative approach to life mean she is able to help people with empathy, optimism, warmth and humour. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and daughter and the house is often full of people looking for sanctuary and a good meal! Acting and directing drama, playing jazz clarinet, gardening and painting are all high on the list of things to do when there’s space in the diary.
