During the week of April 12, we embarked on a journey for our taste buds, while learning about the Food Pyramid.  Each day, we had a tasting party for a different color of food.  We documented our preferences in our Tasting Logs.  In May, we will graph and analyze our tasting log data.  I’m happy to report that every single student found at least one (in most cases, many more) new healthy food that they now love.  Bon appetit!
