Got some insulation for under the house, got that installed and hooked in tight with masonite and then wrapped the under house space with plyboard. I really like it being a bit easier to warm and keep warm, but my woodsman, who splits and stacks my firewood, is in jail -- great timing dude. He got a DUI out on his ATV cruising too close to a drug cooks house, so I am not sure if I should invite him back to work for me or not, considering that he might actually have been going to the meth lab. Who knows?
I had a great time making some curtains-- worked on them 15 hours straight in a creative binge like how I LOVE working. and I like them, but they need two or three more hours of shopping and installation of rods and rod holders, and pinning and hemming in place.
karate is going great!! I totally wacked Jessica- or actually she wacked me and bruised her arm really badly, so now I say, let’s just practice and pretend to fight, like playing... because she freaking wails on me and feel like I have to hit back, right?
I did a juice fast for Thanksgiving and most of friday; I ended it with a nice salad of arugula, broccoli, bermuda onion, ginger, garlic, olive oil, chia seeds, braggs aminos and avocado. What a pleasant and nice experience for me. I told Na’Ua about the first pilgrims and pioneers who came and how the Indians (Native Americans) taught them how to raise corn, peas, squash, pumpkin, how to hunt turkey, fish for trout... and how the settlers were thankful. what are you thankful for, Na’Ua? I am thankful for my puppies! I think she gets it, my Nature Child, loves her animals.
