<richText>I think it was “game day”, and I was trying to look at the kits to see what I have here. Desdamona was honking at me and lunging back and forth, so I didn’t go for each one, but quit after I found each sex of each color, I think. I’m looking for semicolons or colons, and I did wear my glasses, but it’s still like trying to read a vitamin bottle. For improvement, I’m looking for nice size and balance, color solid with no white spots or rusty tinge, solid similar nails, bright clear eyes, a good bite and long ears that don’t break down at the tip. Friday they will be one month old and I will take their weights, sex them and mark their ears with a sharpie, and start to make decisions. It would probably behoove me to find a show where I might find eager buyers, and where I might put the sire on the table to see how he stands up to the competition, and in the meantime, to reflect on what I might want or need in my pursuit of Flemish Giants-- do I need a blue buck too? Do I want a nicer blue doe, who will be handled and held without fret? What else am I willing to do to sell these rabbits? How many can I or do I want to keep? These rabbits certainly seem to generate a lot of mass quite quickly. Are they like chickens, and only produce really well for one year? Would it be best to keep a kit from this litter or wait until next year?</richText>
