Clyde is good. he has some white hairs, but he is soooo soft and his coat is very shiny. I also really like his body. He was never the biggest rabbit in the litter but he seemed to start growing faster just the last few months, as it got cooler.

I would like to try using this buck with Ella, for black, but I’m sure to get blue too. I am not sure if the blue from this pairing would be true to color. I have bred this pairing and hope to see kits March 24, 2011.
I have also heard that sometimes the white hairs come out with a molt, and that would be lovely. If I breed two black rabbits that both have white hairs, will I find that the double black gives a better coat, or that the white hairs come along?
I am hoping to keep going through generations and getting further from the steel, REW and light grey in the backgrounds of these nice rabbits. That’s my plan.
