Pilates with Jill is a body and brain experience. She shows you not just what to do, but how to do it right. This is a class that brings together all my other exercise experiences to help me understand how the body works. - Rachel
I love pilates. And I love taking pilates from Jill, she is a wonderful teacher, because she explains the exercises really clear and well and also accommodates the class for the needs of the students that are taking her class. She is able to detect how your body is working that day and make you do exercises to fix what is not right or the problem of that day or get better your weakness point. To me is been a great help to my core strength, i was having lower back pain and my physician recommended me to do exercises that strengthen the core and pilates has helped a lot, my back does not hurt any more. Also I have improved my performance in my ballet classes and shows, I always tend to go back and loose my center, now I can control it better. And finally it has helped my position when I'm working, I'm seating for many hours working in my patients teeth and if you are in a bad position you can end the day with bad pain in your back, legs, neck, shoulders and arms.
