At Insightful Motion, Jill Oliver blends a variety of mind-body and movement methodologies to achieve each individual client’s goals.  Different techniques are optimal for different clients and situations.  All of Jill’s teaching incorporates increasing body awareness and moving with ease and economy - building strength, flexibility and range of motion and reducing tension.
