Body Rolling/Myofascial Release

Like a  do-it-yourself massage, body rolling is a mind body technique that uses special balls and rollers to release fascia, increase blood flow, improve alignment, reduce pain and tension, help heal muscular injuries, improve body awareness and more.  Improved flexibility and range of motion are also benefits of body rolling.  Incorporating elements of deep tissue massage, yoga and pilates, body rolling uses gravity and your body's weight to systematically apply traction to muscles from tendon to tendon.  In classes or private sessions, learn to use balls and rollers as tools for wellness.  It is a gentle form of body work that is suitable for almost everyone.  Jill can create a home program for any interested student as well.
