Create a free rubistar account and save your rubric for future use. &lt;br/&gt;	2.	 Create a free Google account, if you do not already have one.  At &lt;a href="http://docs.google.com/"&gt;http://docs.google.com&lt;/a&gt; create a New Google form and practice creating a simple assessment tool.
