O’Neill 7th grade Volleyball opened their season with a home match, playing host to Ord.  The Eagles showed their inexperience on the court, but got many “first game jitters” out their system.  Ord defeated O’Neill in sets of 25-3, 25-12, and 25-14, showing a progression of improvement already.  Leading scorers for the Eagles included Alejandra Vergara- 5 serving points with 2 aces, Hannah Zeeb- 2 points including 1 ace, and Ariel Lichty and Christine Walton each with 1 serving point.
