On Friday, October 16, 2009 Carol Anne McGuire was working in Nebraska and invited us to meet her in Grand Island.  We got loaded up on the Troester’s  “Cool Bus” and Allison’s dad volunteered to drive us for the two hour road trip to meet the most famous Lead Rocker, Carol Anne.

Ate at Valentinos in Grand Island & got to know Carol Anne

Here are what the Divas learned from this exciting evening experience:

I learned that the name rock our world was created by a guy from I think Italy but I'm not for sure. Another thing that I learned was that Carole Ann used to teach at a school for blind people and that now she teaches famous kids like Will Smiths kids. Thanks again for the great trip to Grand Island
and for the chance to see Carole Ann Mcguire
(sorry if i spelled her name wrong)

I learned that Carol Anne got the idea for Rock our World from ichatting a friend from a different country.

Some people around the world do not know what tolerance means, but on the first day we learned what it means.  It means respecting others’ differences.  Also, remember a motto “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”

It was interesting that the kids in California can go to the beach one minute and then they snowy mountains the next.
