What is Mind and Heart Online?
Mind and Heart Online is a website that represents a classroom without walls where students find enrichment through academics, service learning, and the integration of technology. Within this classroom, students start down a path that prepares them for a society of rapid change and of growing social problems. It is a place where students become self-directed learners as they identify social issues and become advocates for those in need. Finally, Mind and Heart Online is place where students rise above the stigma associated with learning and living in an urban setting.
Que es Mind and Heart Online?
Mind and Heart Online es un sitio que representa a un salon de clases sin obstaculos, donde los estudiantes encuentran enriquecimiento academico a travez de un servicio de aprendizaje e integracion de technologia. Dentro de este salon de clases, los estudiantes comienzan desde abajo a prepararse para los cambios rapidos de la sociedad y los crecientes problemas de esta. Este es un lugar donde los estudiantes encuentran ayuda para ellos mismos dirigiendolos a aprender e identificar problemas sociales, convirtiendolos en expertos en esos asuntos. Finalmente, Mind and Heart Online es un lugar donde los estudiantes subiran sobre el estigma asociado con aprender y vivir en un ambiente urbano.
