Each Casa Brezza Sri Lanka Loft is available as an investment opportunity with the following terms and benefits.
Terms:
  • Minimum investment of USD$10,000 for a 10% share
  • Additional shares in $10,000 increments
  • Maximum share of $40,000 or 40%
  • Annual maintenance fee of 5% of share value
Benefits:
  • Use of property for 4 weeks / year for every $10,000 invested
  • Maximum use of 16 weeks / year with $40,000 share
  • Booking priority based on investor sequence then rotates each year
  • 50% discount on other Casa Brezza holiday rental properties
  • Ability to swap usage/ownership with other owners of Casa Brezza properties
  • Percentage of selling price if loft is sold based on share percent
  • Shares are non-transferable but can be cancelled for full refund after 3 years
