Your office transmits billing information using a high-speed duplex scanner provided by SMBS to our office via a secured transmission.

Step 2

SMBS receives the scanned billing information via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Our staff processes your billing information in a secure environment and then transmits the completed claim to the insurance company via a secured clearing house transmission.

Step 3

Your claim is processed by the insurance company and payment is made directly to you by mail or direct deposit.
