Nick Krym is an accomplished Information Technology leader with over 25 years of experience in empowering organizations through results oriented leadership, common sense management and pragmatic outsourcing.

Nick’s first offshoring experience dates back to 1992 when he built his own team based out of his motherland, Russia. Those were very turbulent times and although not all of his ventures worked out, it gave him practical experience working with a variety of sourcing models and roles. Having worked with offshore resources from India, China, Russia and many other countries, Nick might not have seen it all, but he has definitely seen a lot.
