Our LED Installation and Retrofit Approach

Our 5-stage methodical and proven approach to retrofitting and conversion of lighting systems will ensure that your transition to efficient LED lighting is easy, hassle free and results in a minimum disruption to your normal activities. The following outline illustrates our methodology and approach:

Step 1. Lighting Analysis and Customized Solution
We first perform a comprehensive lighting analysis and cost benefits analysis to identify opportunities for improvements and Return on Investment. We then work with you to customize a solution that meets your unique needs and provides the maximum benefit.



Step 2. Project Planning and LED Sourcing
Our project manager will create a detailed project plan, timeline and budget as well as identifying critical milestones for your final approval. Based on our analysis and your final decision, we will source all required lighting, fixtures and fittings needed to complete the project.



Step 3. Proof of Concept and Installation
In some cases, prior to starting the actual installation or retrofit, we might recommend a proof of concept or pilot LED conversion in order to verify assumptions made in the Analysis stage. Once we have finalized the project timeline, budget and milestones, we will execute a complete installation and/or retrofit of LED lighting according to the agreed on specifications.



Step 4. Safety, Recycle and Disposal
Throughout the course of our work and as part of the final clean-up process. we ensure that all old fluorescent tube lighting and other waste material is recycled or disposed of in a safe and efficient manner. Our engineers and staff strictly adhere to all required health and safety regulations.



Step 5. Follow-up Audit
Once the project has been completed, a NextGenLights engineer will perform a follow-up audit to ensure that your project has achieved the original goals defined in our original Cost Benefits Analysis.
