GreenCircleLights Warranty & Return Policy
Statement of warranty
GreenCircleLights warrants all products manufactured by GreenCircleLights to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty-four months after the date of the original purchase price. GreenCircleLights' warranty covers only the product itself; GreenCircleLights will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by GreenCircleLights. GreenCircleLights will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
In case of breakage
All order shipments leave our facility complete and in working order. Customer must report any damage within 3 days of receipt of order by sending digital photographs (.jpg) of damaged items and shipping materials to sales@greencirclelights.com. Customer must retain damaged merchandise, packing and shipping containers until claim has been settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claims beyond this 3 day period will not be deemed valid by GreenCircleLights. The above procedure MUST be followed or credit for the damaged merchandise cannot be given. All claims regarding shipment error must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Return policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept undamaged items returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or full refund, less delivery charges and a 15% restocking fee. This applies only to products which GreenCircleLights Inc (DBA GreenCircleLights) is the direct seller of - for all other product you must contact the direct seller for any exchanges and return. The policies of those sellers may be different that GreenCircleLights Inc and GreenCircleLights Inc accept no responsibility for any exchanges or returns of those products.
Before considering a return please be sure that you have correctly read the instructions for each product and have it correctly installed. To return any product, simply e-mail us at sales@GreenCircleLights.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number should be written on the package that the product is being returned in. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice with the returned product(s). Please be sure to package the product carefully in it's original packaging and protect it for shipment by packing it inside another box. We will not issue refunds for items damaged due to poor packaging. Use insurance and tacking nmbers to ensure correct handling of all returns. We will promptly issue a full refund or exchange of the purchase price (less all shipping and handling costs and 15% restocking fee) upon receipt of the returned product(s) provided it is received in good condition. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return. RMAs are only valid for 14 days from date of issue. Expired RMAs will not be honored.

Custom orders and large orders
Due to the advancing nature of LED technology, custom orders for LED bulbs and fixtures, as well as large orders, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Furthermore, all orders must be paid for upon placement. Custom and large orders will not begin production until payment is received in full.
Payment terms
We accept all major payment types including Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Purchase Orders will only be accepted with prior written approval. All samples will be charged at our normal sample pricing rate. All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
International Orders
Please note that GreenCircleLights adds the following for international shipments:
- A base fee of $50 to covers our shipper charges to clear your goods through customs
- An additional fee equal to 8% of the sales order price to cover all international shipping related expenses. Once these fees are calculated, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the order based on the total cost. GreenCircleLights does not finalize or ship your international order until your final approval is received.
