Forcing ourselves to look far ahead helps to prioritize goals and get some perspective on what we need to do day-to-day to get where we want to go.&#xD;&#xD;Instead of doing this once per year, how about once per month or once per quarter?  How much more do you think you could accomplish if you reviewed your annual goals and refined your plan of attack on a regular basis?&#xD;&#xD;I think quite a bit...&#xD;&#xD;Happy New Year!&#xD;&#xD;All the best to you,&#xD;Ginger&#xD;</richText>
