We located all the equipment for the Master Bedroom and for the Living Room in the

apartments entry closet.

We put in Crestron wireless lighting in most of the apartment. When entering the apartment,

double clicking the entry dimmer on will turn on a "welcome home scene" turning on pre selected

lights throughout the kitchen and living room. When exiting the apartment, double clicking the entry off

will shut off every light in the apartment and will also shut down all AV systems - including tv's and music.

The entire apartment can be controlled through a pair of Crestron remotes

and through the clients existing iPad.
