Whats the easiest way to share documents across the internet?
It sure is NOT sending MS WORD files.
The easiest way to share documents is via PDF (Portable Document Format).
Why?

1.Most PC’s (MS Windows) Machines out there have Adobe Acrobat Reader on them, and so most everyone can open these without issue. Even if they dont have MS Office (Word , Excel, Etc)

2.Mac OS X has PDF Built in to the system , so even if they dont have adobe acrobat on their system, mac’s built in “preview” application opens it with ease. mac’s mail application also shows PDF files right in your email without even opening up another application
