We choose the symbol of the dragonfly for our English teaching program because the dragonfly symbolizes going past ones self-created illusions that limit our growing and changing. The dragonfly is also a symbol of the sense of self that comes with maturity.  That is precisely what we are looking for in a teacher of English in Korea.    We are looking for teachers who have a sense of self.
