For more than 1000 years Gangjin, Korea has been producing chungja or celadon.  It has the reputation of being “First Under Heaven”.  In 2007 they exhibited in Japan.  In the summer of 2008, Gangjin held a series of exhibits throughout the United States.  In 2009 they are touring Europe.  This slide show introduces you to Gangjin and the work represented in those exhibits.
