Although many of the methods sound the same as methods used in the West many are radically different and solve many of the problems associated with Western methods of working.

    As you can see, we spend much of the first day demonstrating and much of the second day with the group doing hands-on work.  We have tried to demonstrate and then have group work.  Our experience is that it is difficult to stop and start in any time conscious way.
