For taking the time to read this.

This message is regarding payment and other issues related to the Gangjin experience and tour.  First, there is a change in the date full payment for the tour must be received.  That new date is July 15, 2009.  This change was necessary because of the time needed for some international checks to clear after they are received.  I would not have had time to wire the funds to the travel agent in Korea before our departure.  Payment must be made in USD.  Since there is no “cushion” built into the price of the tour we can’t accept payment by PayPal unless you pay the 4% PayPal charge.   Full payment may be received after June 20. 

Half payment or $433.00 USD must be received before June 27.  As you know some people, mostly companions, have dropped out of the tour raising the price slightly for everyone.

I have been receiving a lot of emails and they are getting confusing because many of you are sending the information by “reply” and not noting the topic of your new email.  I think I have your information but need to confirm it for everyone before I send it to Gangjin and US Travel our agency in Korea.  I am trying to coordinate hotel pick up for many of you. 

A few of you may have to call the hotel to get picked up once you arrive depending on what I am able to arrange.  If I have your arrival time, airline and flight number, I may be able to have someone meet you as you exit the gate at ICN Seoul/Incheon.  You will know of that possibility before you arrive.

Some of you have sent some of this information to me recently.  I apologize for asking for it again.
