Companion Information - As of May 31, 2009

1.    If you have a companion, the companion will pay ½ the room rate Aug 6.

2.    If you have a companion that person will share your room in Gangjin.  There are very few rooms with two beds in Gangjin so it is possible that you will share the bed as well.  There will not be an extra room charge for your companion in Gangjin.

3.    A meal/transportation cost may be applied to the companion while staying in Gangjin.  It will not exceed $30 USD per day and may not be applied at all but be prepared.

4.    The indoor workshop space is limited in size.  Only the invited exhibitors will be able to attend the indoor workshops.  There will be ongoing outdoor demonstrations taking place throughout the Gangjin Festival presented by various exhibiting artists at different times.  This includes the invited international artists – YOU - on a rotating basis.

5.    Companions will pay $910 USD or less than$114 per day for the tour.   This price doesn’t begin to reflect the amount of the subsidy so everyone is still benefiting from it.
