    <richText>&lt;b&gt;First make a folder in your home folder called &#x201C;menu&#xA0; bar&#x201D;, or you could call it whatever you want to.&#xD;&#xD;Inside of this one create folders for the different categories you want on your dock. I have:&#xD;&#xD;Internet&#xD;iLife&#xD;Work&#xD;Fun &amp; Games&#xD;Misc Stuff&#xD;Tools&#xD;&#xD;Then in each of these, you put the alias shortcuts for the applications.&#xD;&#xD;&#xD;&#xD;&#xD;&#xD;Just go into the application folder, create an alias for the application you want, right click the application &amp; select &#x201C;create alias&#x201D;&#xD;&#xD;Drag the alias&#x2019;s into the folders you created above, when you have all the ones in there you want drag the folders onto the right side of the dock. Very easy!&lt;/b&gt;</richText>
