Mableton Elementary PTA 2010-2011 Fundraiser

As you may know, we are trying something new with our fundraiser this year. We are simply requesting donations instead of asking the students to sell items.


That means you won’t have to buy things you really don’t want or have to drive around town making deliveries to family, friends and coworkers.


Last year we raised $6,000 by selling cookie dough and other items; our goal is to raise the same amount this year. To achieve this we only need for each student to raise at least $15.

We know the kids like prizes, so we will still have 3 different prize levels.


$15 or more – Entry into a prize drawing to win a Blu-Ray player

$25 or more – Decorate a ceiling tile in the school

$75 or more – A limo ride to a special event


Two letters were sent home with students.   The first is for parents and guardians explaining the fundraiser and giving you the opportunity to donate.  The second letter is for the kids to give to who ever they would like, grandparents, aunts, uncles or other family members and friends.


Mableton PTA is a non-profit organization so all donations are tax deductible.  Your canceled check plus the tear off section at the bottom of the form will act as the receipt for your donation.


Checks should be payable to Mableton Elementary PTA and attached to a donation form to ensure that your child receives credit for their fundraising efforts.  All donations should be turned into the PTA mailbox in the front lobby.  Donations must be received by September 30th for your child to be eligible for the prize drawing and other prizes.
