  9. travel somewhere to help people (like with Habitat for Humanity?) in a way that will be a transformative and meaningful experience for all

  10. go to high tea at the Aviara

  11. go to the Huntington Library

  12. take 6 months off to travel the states in an RV with the kids when they’re old enough to learn something

  13. go to the Getty

  14. build an apartment atop a new garage

  15. and have someone we love live there

  16. once so that we can live mortgage free

  17. and once so that they can live there for free and put their lives together

  18. give - in a big way - to other people

  19. have two kids

  20. have a kind young man in our lives who loves our boy and is eager to be a playmate/babysitter/talker of boy things who will be here throughout P’s childhood.

  21. remodel the bathroom- so it’s light, sparkly, safe and playful, just like the ocean

  22. be published as an essayist

  23. host a large family Thanksgiving in Big Bear

  24. host a holiday meal at Mom’s house

  25. get a masters in Library and Information Science

  26. become a librarian

  27. teach little kids

  28. teach high school english

  29. write children’s books

  30. attend services at Glide Memorial

  31. Attend the birth of a child that is not my own.

  32. make a neighborhood blanket for Porter like Dave’s - congruently as M does the same for her brood and we can drink tea and work on them together

  33. Live next door to my sister- in- law and live abundantly

  34. do an untour

  35. be gifted the opportunity to lease a horse

  36. have a place to ride and people to ride with that make the experience a retreat

  37. create a new friendship with an old friend

  38. read Paradise Lost with smart people.

  39. chalk paint the kitchen wall.  Make it organized, artful and fun

  40. have a really well trained dog

  41. be known for rest and spirit-full Sundays that friends and family love to be a part of

  42. have a toddler play group that’s focused on creativity, art, discovery and love (with moms who enjoy each other)

  43. get NPCA to make our street a one-way

  44. take my mom on a vacation that she can feel relaxed , inspired and thoroughly enjoy

  45. feel strong, sexy, beautiful and energetic

  46. Get married

  47. Teach someone to read

  48. Swim with dolphins someplace exotic

  49. see the Rose Parade in Pasadena with the family

  50. become as familiar with the California coast North of San Francisco as I am South

  51. Stay with Echo at the Sheep Dung Estates

  52. Go on one of those photo safaris at the WAP

  53. Work for a non-profit

  54. be a baby cuddler at a hospital when my children are grown

  55. Take Magoo to DC when he starts to study American History

  56. Take Magoo to see Maya ruins when he enters the 6th grade

  57. challenge and inspire my children’s hearts and souls in new and bigger ways as they age - by what I do as well as by what they do

  58. document/record my parents talking about my family’s history

  59. learn more about my uncle

  60. visit the Adirondacks with Magoo

  61. Be experts at vacationing extravagantly in our home town: Stay at Paradise Point with K and Magoo

  62. have a family with a rich oral history in K’s family tradition

  63. speak Spanish fluently

  64. spend a week at a spa in Mexico

  65. spend a summer in Europe staying in a charming little house and traveling to other countries from there

  66. stay in New Orleans for a week during the Jazz festival.  Have a house to retreat to that is beautiful and old.

  67. visit Monticello again

  68. interview family and friends to capture memories of K’s mom for Magoo.

  69. write a series of children’s books with K’s mom as the main character for the family

  70. Write children’s books, publish them and make money from them

  71. be a spiritual light to others

  72. have my store really truly be a heart of the community and share love

  73. ride a bike over the Golden Gate Bridge on a sunny day

  74. Attend the Valentines Day Pillow fight in San Francisco

  75. Stay in a tree house on Vancouver Island
