The annual blind tasting of the noblest of grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon!
Cabernet Sauvignon, the golden child of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, is the most sought after and widely consumed grape in the Vitis Vinifera family. Grown around the world, Cabernet Sauvignon is expressed in many ways; ripe and jammy, dusty and restrained; fresh and spicy.
We are going to cover the gamut of this fascinating grape while keeping the bottles in brown bags. We want you to enjoy each and every taste of this blind Cabernet tasting; however, we don’t want you to be swayed by the prestige of the producer or the price, thus the brown bags.
Enjoy over 30 wines and light hors d’oeuvres in our city view lounge. Wine featured will be discounted that evening at Randolph Wine Cellars.
