Well, I took a trip to switzerland and liechtenstein the last week in july. went to geneva, lausanne, montreux, interlaken, lucerne, and zurich. Then I went across the border into liechtenstein and hung out in vaduz for the afternoon. Liechtenstein is one of the smallest countries in the world – it’s only 6 miles wide!

Highlands of scotland

Hi everyone,

I just got back from a trip to the scottish highlands with niamh, charlie and jon. we flew into inverness and then drove to loch ness, ben nevis, and the isle of skye. scotland blew me away. i really didn’t think it would be as beautiful as it was and would go back in a heartbeat. the wether was perfect and we did plenty of hiking. stonehenge!

So I’ve literally wanted to visit stonehenge since I was eight years old. and today i finally did! Took the train from london to salisbury and then a bus to stonehenge. You could get a lot closer to the rocks than what I was told. they were really magnificent and the weather was perfect. i spent the rest of the day is salisbury checking out a cathedral that was built in the year 1258 and it houses one of the four existing copies of the magna carta (i’ve now seen two of the four copies).

Charlie and I were walking out of store where I was buying a gift for my flatmate when we got waylaid by the london nude bike parade. I saw more penises in 10 minutes than I ever wanted to in my entire life. There were also breasts and vaginas in attendance.

Avril Lavigne concert

Yes, I did it. I went to an avril lavigne concert. and Give me a break, two weeks ago I went to a lecture by the dalai lama. avril’s got a great voice and fuck everyone who says otherwise. :)

The concert was really cool. Quite a show actually. She was quite surprising too: I thought she just sang and played guitar, but she rocked out on the drum and piano as well. Some video I shot is below and pictures are here.
