For a few years now, I never really paid attention to a little, fantastic show called Battlestar Galactica. In fact, I didn’t even know it was a long-running show, I figured it was just a mini-series, then a fade out. But for about 3 weeks, I’ve progressed from the mini-series to the first quarter of Season 3, and I can’t believe I missed this amazing show. Everything about it is outstanding and I can see why Emmy’s nominations were given. For a show with no “big-time” actors, the characters are what drives the show to greatness; even the hated Dr. Baltar is so wonderfully crafted that even though I wish he’d catch a bullet every episode, it just wouldn’t serve the show justice to let a antagonist like that die off too soon.
