So lets see what’s happening here.  There was Iola, where I didn’t go particularly fast.  That was a bit of a disappointment, but a good swift kick in the ass to train harder.  There was the WEMS race in Northern Kettle which took place in the solitary band of rain in all of Wisconsin.  In order to avoid destroying myself or my bike again I went ahead and dropped out of that, wasn’t too proud of that move.

The weekends have been fantastic though, enjoyed both events and I’ll be going fast in due time so I’m ok.  Plus this week I went to Publican with some work folks and that was amazing, so how can you have a bad week with that. This weekend I put in a solid 70 miles on Saturday and replenished myself with a little bbq.  A few folks came over, we ate some goods I had picked up while I got a bit excited at the farmers market, drank some great beers, and then we went and had ourselves a little street festival fun.  Sunday was another early wakeup for a trip to Kettle where Ben, Matt and I chased Kevin around.  That was one fast ass group and a solid ride.  Definitely going to rethink a couple races and just head up there for some of those rides, we had a lot of fun out there.  Followed it up with a nice little Killjoy lunch at the corner store, great to just relax with everyone since I hadn’t seen them for a bit.

...and right about now Im exhausted so Ill be sleeping.
