Hey folks - thanks for your patience in waiting for updates. As always at the start of the year, work has been crazy. Here is part 29, the next to last section, of A Queen’s Tale.

The picture above is from the first week of January. We had so much truly cold weather here in South Florida the trees started changing color. Needless to say, this doesn’t happen often. We were below freezing for a couple days at a time, and it freaked the foliage out. Temps are back in the mid 80’s though now.

A Queen’s Tale Part 28

Well it has been a couple of weeks. I have gone to France, and had a successful if chilly project there, come back, enjoyed Xmas at home with Mocha and now New Years as well. The picture above was the ‘blue moon’ as seen through some branches in front of my house here in Pembroke Pines.
Here is one of the concluding chapters of A Queen’s Tale. I say one of, because you never know when Xena and Gabrielle want to stop talking.

A Queen’s Tale Part 27

I am heading off to Saint-Nazaire in France today to perform the first part of the network installation for the Norwegian Epic. It’s exciting, because it’s the first step in making the ship come alive since we’ll be installing the merged network backbone. Here’s the 27th part of A Queen’s tale, and the picture above is the gate area at Paris airport near the international gates. You can relax here if you have a long layover. I did and almost missed my outbound flight to the US.

A Queen’s Tale Part 26

Well, it’s been a very eventful month for me. On November 30th, I will be ending my 15 year stint at EDS (now HP) and becoming an employee of Norwegian Cruise Lines. In terms of my job - nothing really will change I will just officially be doing it for the company I have been working at for seven years instead of as a contractor. NCL is being very welcoming to all of us who are transitioning, and though it’s been a tough couple of weeks with all the onboarding activity it seems to be going pretty smooth.
Anyway, here is part 26 of A Queen’s Tale. We are moving towards the conclusion of the story - I am not sure what story/pair will be coming up next.
