Art education is essential for building skills that emend the student’s social, intellectual, emotional and creative growth.  It is a universal language that satisfies the student’s creative needs and enhances skills in expressing personal interest and talents.  The students will benefit from art education beyond the production of art.  Art is a way of knowing, encountering, and understanding our world.
