This site is my journal about my Apple (OS X) Experience.
Back when I began my computer journey it started on a Timex Sinclair and quickly moved to a Commodore 64 then to an Amiga.
The commodore amiga fueled my love for computers. But PCs were where the money was so starting with Windows 286 and have used windows (many times in beta) all the way to vista x64. I have deep knowledge of microsoft technology including training for microsoft Canada staff in security. My day job is building greennexxus using asp.net, SQL 2008 and C#. (Which I really enjoy)
I never liked macs, ever, but OS X has always intrigued me, especially the unix underpinning. Now I have a iPhone (which rocks) I want to develop apps for it. The only way to do that is get a MAc. So I will start to chronicle my learning experiences. I know nothing about the apple world so some of my rants may be because I am uninformed, but that is half the fun.
Enjoy,
Ryan Groom
